J, The loudest noise in this community of last Sunday was the barking of 164's dog on the High Street, at 11:22pm, just when a chap had resolved to get some shut-eye; at least the three passers-by might have braced themselves for the incident, walking on a busy road, but the poor chap from the opposite suite of apartments, 7-12 Connops Way DY9 8UD, was probably looking to have a casual stroll, of thirty yards, from his vehicle to his home, just back, today, (2/2/2020), most likely, from Church, without having to suffer this mean, aggressive, hound's unjustified racket. For my part, I was preparing 'high tea' at 4:20 when this first serious disturbance of the day transpired. Given this incident is one in a series representing a persistent public nuisance, it was acceptable, I believe, to intervene; I suggested that the dog be walked elsewhere, and was met with a tirade of abuse and threats, very similar to those recorded previously in this case. Leaving aside the issue of fouling, shouldn't this dog at least be fitted with some, secure, quietening, muzzle, when in public? D.
